This Saturday September 12th. 5pm to 8pm .. cruise-in on Main Street in Tucker, Ga. Lots of old classic cars .. I plan to attend early from 4 pm to 6:30 pm with the Rotus 7. Rob

I had a great time visiting the museum .. I think I spent about 5 hours there ..off and on all weekend during the USA7s gathering ..

I got the Rotus out Sun morning and drove all over N. Atlanta .. looking for the Coffee and Octane car gathering .. I spotted a '57 TR3 running around too! Rob

The Gastroenterologists had sort of a gut feeling about it, but the Neurologists thought the Administration had a lot of nerve. The Obstetricians felt they were all laboring under a misconception. Ophthalmologists considered the idea shortsighted. Pathologists yelled, "Over my dead body!" while the Pediatricians said, 'Oh, Grow up!' The Psychiatrists thought the whole idea was madness, while the Radiologists could see right through it. Surgeons decided to wash their hands of the whole thing. The Internists thought it was a bitter pill to swallow, and the Plastic Surgeons said, "This puts a whole new face on the matter." The Podiatrists thought it was a step forward, but the Urologists were pissed off at the whole idea. The Anesthesiologists thought the whole idea was a gas, and the Cardiologists didn't have the heart to say no. In the end, the Proctologists won out, leaving the entire decision up to the assholes in Washington .

Good thing .. Next time I will show up early .. as tonight the cops were directing cars away from the pay lot .. and I ended double parking way under the deck .. I walked around for about 20 minutes, looked for the garagezero guys and maybe you .. didn't see much of interest tonight .. and decided to leave .. I still have two small presents for you .. Rob

Last night as I was backing up in to the driveway and into the Rotus port .. an unknown BMW drove into my driveway and parked. Out jumped this chap who said that he had seen me driving around before and had done the swan neck turn to see me .. and this time he wanted to see the car. So he asked, "Is that a Super Seven? Is that a Locost? Is that a Donkerv.. ?" So I told him about the Rotus 7 which he had not heard of. Ends up he has built race cars in the past and now wants to build / own a Seven. He has met the owner of a Stalker north of here (Paul Whittle?). We talked about eVox Locost at Ga Tech also. I told him about this website and hope he joins up .. Rob

I visited the Junkyard to get some parts for my old Celica .. and they have a complete section dedicated to the CLUNKERS .. and a sign that says that the engine heads and blocks of these cars are not for sale .. Nearby I saw a red Pontiac Fiero with a CLUNKER sticker on it! Now how can a Fiero be a clunker when it does not get that bad gas mileage? On the engine was a tag which says, ... "This engine is from a vehicle that is part of the Car Allowance Rebate System (CARS). It has significant internal damage caused by operating the engine with a sodium silicate solution (liquid glass) instead of oil." I stole the tag! .. Rob
