  1. By beading to you mean the black rubber between the fenders and the body? If so were they for a clam shell seven?
  2. When I spoke with Kyle he said many of the SVT parts have been discontinued as ford did not sell many of those engines.
  3. This is a good place for “Ford” parts. Kyle runs the website for Lakeland Ford in FL and seems to be a very responsive guy who wants to keep customers happy with their prices and their service. My Zetec Slave Cylinder, Ford Part # F5RZ7A508BB, is listed everywhere at $165. None of the Ford dealers in Maryland stock the part, all of them stuck to the list price and ship from Mississippi. www.lakelandfordparts.com sells them for $126, delivered. Next time you need "Ford" replacement parts call Kyle. Kyle Jackson Lakeland Automall Online Parts Sales PH: (863) 577-5010 www.lakelandfordparts.com
  4. Mike, I did not ask at the track. Is it fixed and what was the cause?
  5. There is no room for those that like to spin, As for deer on the track come to Summit Point WV, Watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M1u3JyJ3W6Q
  6. I attended the TOD-777 gathering and five NJMP gatherings. I enjoyed both. At NJMP we are all together, driving together, working on our cars, swapping stories, fixing our cars, eating, drinking and fixing our cars again. I have to say that I enjoy all aspects at NJMP far more than those at TOD. Plus plus we get more actual driving in at NJMP than we did at TOD.
  7. Thank you to MIKE, Tom and the team at NJMP for a great weekend and for the great weather. Mike, I will send you a USB drive with my movies from day one. That includes the one where I lost my throttle cable at the checkered flag. No track time lost thanks to McNorm and his delel drill. Day two videos seemed to short out about every 20 seconds. As such they are a bunch short clips. Thank you both again for your time spent making this event work smoothly.
  8. Mike, Glad you had it done. If they have done it before it should be fine. I look forward to seeing you and your car on Friday.
  9. Steve and Mike We have a 60 % to 100% chance of sun.
  10. CAUTION Driving behind Steve when you are driving away from the sun can cause temporary blindness. Tom, I heard it said that Sevens are like dogs and cats. They need company. When I told Karen she said OK lets get a dog. That's why we bring Buddy.
  11. Yeah. Al and Dermot. It will be great to see you both. Friday afternoon at the pool should be a perfect place to start the weekend.
  12. Mike, Once you have the engine/trany out is the any way the syncros can be checked? On thT9 there are things called Baulk? Rings. Don't ask me what they do. All I know is that the one for third to fourth can go bad frequently.
  13. The slave cyl is about $75 and resides in the bell housing. If that is going bad you need to pull the motor or remove the drive shaft to pull the t9 and to replace. Master cyl is about $36. Hope you get it fixed before the 3rd.
  14. Does the six spd use the same one as the five spd?
  15. My guess it at about 36" waist things can be very tight. 5 7 is no problem.
  16. You will also want to consider you height and waist as some sevens have more room than others.
  17. Very nice. Are you the first owner? If not, what is the history on the car? What motor - mods allowed?
  18. check pistonheads.com, I think I saw a pair recently.
  19. Reservations made at the Milville Fairfield Mariott. All i need to do now is register for the event.
  20. Kevin, Nice looking car. Is it your house? I would like to see it. MichaelD
  21. fmorser, A Seven is a Seven..... Where are you located I am in Bethesda. Sorry to hear about the weddings. Been there. Next comes the grand children. Bring your seven to NJMP you won't regret it.
  22. Duncan, I have basically the same engine. It is basically a Formula Atlantic motor on pump gas. It has been dyno rated at 216 HP.
  23. Shane, I haven't bee on in a while. How are you feeling. Don't tell me with with your left hand. Michael
