How does one say"bad ass" in French?

Dave

I don't know ! but if I translate word by word it means "Vilain cul" or "sale cul" but it doesn't have sens in french.

It should have a signification but my English is so poor ...

Isn't "sale" French for "dirty"...that would translate to "dirty ass":jester:

That car's always been a bit of a role model for me...even when it was green:

Orange at home

 Yours is also beautiful:Color :Aztec orange ? what type of engine inside ?

About Duranail, I just have planed some evolutions as Jackals (Rich Morris) would have done if he kept the car :

Nitrons & Adjustable camber unibal : a much bigger upgrade that I thought : more value than a big pack of Horse-power

Obi Wan,

Welcome aboard!

The specs of your car are very similar to the left-hand, standard chassis Caterham with 2.3 Duratec that I am building. (No roll cage for me, though!).

Do you have photos of the engine bay? I'd like to see how you installed your dry sump tank, and where you mounted it.

Merci'

Welcome aboard Obi Wan!

That's a beautiful car that I used to enjoy on Rich M's website. Glad to see it's in good hands!!

Tom - Check out this website for the original build, some videos, and the rebuild after the accident at Spa: http://www.jackals-forge.com/lotus/

I mis-spoke. Obi wan's rebuilt Duratec has remained right-hand drive, even though it is now in France. Without looking closely, I had assumed it was rhd.

I was looking for photos of a Durartec with dry sump and left-hand drive, to see where and how the d/s tank isinstalled on the right side of the engine, aft of the headers.

I'm sorry I can't post any picture of the oil Tank: the car is not in my garage at the moment; as soon as I collected it, I'll make a picture.

The oil tank is just in front the Engine. It has been shaped by Brise

Obi wan,

I know what the Brise tank looks like -- it is slightly curved, "kidney-shaped," and is fitted in the space inside the crossmembers in front of the engine, correct?

Thanks.
