Congrats on coming close to the end of the build. Oh wait, that car of yours is a continual work in progress. It is like the Winchester House out in California. Mike, My 2012 Stalker came with unassisted brakes with EBC Green Stuff on the rear calipers and Wildwood B10's on the front. The braking pressures were incredibly significant to me having had two previous Storkers with power brakes. I had Scott Minehart install the power unit that had come with the car and it made a world of difference. After the installation, Scott noticed that the bump steer was very prominent and the front geometry had not been set up properly. I took the car back to him and he did the adjustments such that the car's wheels now pretty much lock up in a relative hard pedal application uniformly. Mike It has moved several times. Its back in Lafayette but is now at the corner of S Public Road and S Boulder Road in the Flatirons Community Church parking lot. Lots of cops now to keep things under control. I think he passed away a year or ago and his wife is running the company now. The trim job was a good idea. MightyMike Posted August 4, 2018 Author Share Posted August 4, 2018 (edited) My Storker has undergone several changes over the past few months. By far, my biggest project was adding power brakes. Pressure comes from a Miata brake booster flipped around. All of the other connectors are straight forward aside from a lever from the brake pedal to the booster. My second big project was adding a Meziere electric water pump and Radium Engineering coolant expansion tank. I also replaced the interior aluminum panels with carbon fiber veneer. Both really help keep operating temperatures consistent under the bonnet.
