ihckb2
With that much rubber it looks like you could do a river run. Love the color. Good luck with registration.
Bonjo2
Mike. Best looking Stalker ever! I really like the classic look, color, your work to make fit a finish a priority. Now I want a windshield...

Bonjo2
If only he and his wife would get into the Stalkervoort business.. I would love to drive my car 365-days a year. Tough with no "factory" weather gear and no aftermarket support.

locost7018
Thanks for the compliments everyone. Keith - my favorite Stalker belongs to HOTTTCAR. Pictures do not do Hotttcar justice. You have to see it in person (and hear it). Russ
Bonjo2
Your Bph/Ton is nuts. Is your car really that light? I assume LS376/480.

MightyMike
I've spent the past couple of weeks cleaning up the engine area of my car. I relocated the coil packs down low and sorted out a bunch of hoses and such. I also replaced the aluminum "firewall". I have a new engine wiring harness on the way. It is custom fitted and has a shrink-wrapped covering instead of corrugated loom. http://i43.tinypic.com/ruy7aw.jpg
xcarguy
That's absolutely the cleanest LS install I've ever seen in a Stalker. Look great, Mike.
Mondo
Work of art my friend... Am I seeing a trend; take a kit, make it awesome, sell it, start the challenge again? If so, may I make a request;)
MightyMike
Thanks for the compliments guys! Mondo, what ideas do you have for my next project?
ihckb2
Come on Mike. Get rid of that cheezy looking 90 degree bend on the breather valve to the intake. A nice sweeping line would look much better.

Mondo
Mike, It's hard to enjoy a car here without A/C... so for me it would be something like this. A lot of choices when it comes to motor & interior. And it would be a trackday killer http://superlitecars.com/ Edited January 2, 2014 by Mondo
subtlez28
Quite a build Mike. I wish you were closer. I'd really like to gawk in person! Who is building your new harness? Could I get a shot of your engine compartment from the sides? I'm trying to figure out my layout. Though, I know mine will not be as clean due to the bulky power booster. MightyMike
My harness is being built by Easy Performance. I first learned of this company at SEMA in November. The entire harness will be custom tailored for my Stalker. https://www.easyperformance.com/products/product-detail/id/EPF-LS2H-HM/name/ls2-ls3-ls7-engine-harness-hm http://i43.tinypic.com/34j1xz5.jpg http://i41.tinypic.com/5jsg7c.jpg http://i43.tinypic.com/2rlym89.jpg http://i40.tinypic.com/2pt2whw.jpg I still have a lot of work to do on the car. As summer was slipping away last year, I took a few shortcuts that I am now trying to correct. Besides the wiring, I plan to get my headers/exhaust ceramic coated in the near future. I also ordered a new pair of rear fenders as I do not like the fenders supplied by Brunton.
subtlez28
Thank you. Great execution on this build! Mine will not be as clean. More of a down and dirty racer I guess... One of the main things I was looking at was your throttle pedal set up. There is a lot of spring tension on the GM pedal I have. Enough I worry the shelf may flex. Did you so anything special there, or am I over-thinking it? I also just noticed your 90s on the heater ports of the water pump going to the surge tank. What is the idea there? I was told to simply block off the heater hose ports. My cooling system will be slightly different, though.
