  1. I love the look of the RSB. I never seen one before.
  2. That is crazy.
  3. Hey, Westtex,I'm shooting for 40 centuries I hope you make it!
  4. "over my nearly 40 decades of lawyering" Wow Kitcat that is a long career! I just hope to live that long.
  5. Scott can get you in touch with Dennis. They have several different styes to choose from.
  6. Dennis Brunton is selling Gaz shocks made in the UK. They are reasonable price and come with the springs of your choice. Scott should be
  7. Zoop Seal makes a good polish and a protectant to keep the oxidation at bay.
  8. We thought of the wider belt already. 7evin got ATI to build a custom damper and wider pulleys for all the drives to run an 8 rib belt. We are using a Subaru STI diff. it has been cryo treated and micro polished. Kenny Tran is rebuilding it for us. I hope that we can limit the belt slippage with it. We might need to come up with a tensioner that has a little more tension. We are a little afraid if it because you start overloading the bearing with to much tension. I guess we will see next week when we dyno if we are able to build that boost we want. We are going to spin the Rotrex to the max edge. It should do 25psi with pressure loss thru the IC and tubing it will be intresting to see what we actually get.
  9. That makes sense. I didn't take into account elevation. On 7evins car we are using HKS fuel management. We can run two maps one for pump gas one for race fuel. We also use a boost controller to set the appropriate boost level for the fuel on board. Street gas we run 9 psi race fuel is going to be 21+psi on new engine. Only difference in our set up and Kraftwerks is we use the next size up on the supercharger. It has a little different boost curve, we might not be as efficient at lower boost levels. We will find out on a few weeks when we visit Kenny Tran for a new tune.
  10. I miss that show.
  11. Glad I am not the only one sleeping at night.
  12. What brand of dyno do you use? Do you ever do a run before install of the Kraft Werks kit to see what the gain is on the same dyno? I have seen dyno with a pretty wide swing in readings from one another. If you are getting 409rwhp from ten pounds boost that is more than double stock power level of a na AP1 and AP2. All the NA s2000 I have dynoed run 186 to 199 rwhp. I have only done this on three cars on the same dyno so maybe his is reading a little low. In the end the numbers don't really matter it is how the car performance changes that is the goal. Keep us updated on how the turbo works out on the 7.
  13. We run our s2000 with 14lbs and made 386 rwhp on e85. Kraft Werks supercharger runs 274 rwhp at 9 psi on the S2000 engine. Both of us are using Rotrex superchargers. I guess the turbos is more efficient if you are getting 400 rwhp at 10 psi. The fab work looks good very clean looking. 7evin is using an air to water intercooler on his new set up. It is pretty tough to get an air to air big enough in the nose of a 7. Give us feed back on what the customer thinks with his new found power.
  14. Man that looks nice I can't believe you polished that all by hand. I wouldn't have the patience. I would have broken out the orbital polisher after 10 min. Good job.
  15. Great to hear you guys survived unscathed. If that happened to us my wife would be packing the house up to leave for good. Hope things get back to normal soon for you.
  16. I like this Morgan style car it uses VW and Moto Guzzi http://reversetrike.com/blackjack-zero.html
  17. Looks like acceleration is lack luster. It was all he could do to spin the tire from a standstill. For that kind of money you can get alot more car for half the price. The chassis and suspension look well done. Give it 150 more hp then it might be something to talk about. A VW transaxle isnt known for its smooth shifting. IMHO
  18. When I moved to England in the 90s I got in on the passenger side of the car everytime for 2 weeks. It took a while to learn to shift left handed too. Then when I went to Germany I caught myself in the wrong lane mutiple times. The danger is when you pull out on the street from a parking area or a side street you tend to look the wrong way for the traffic.
  19. Make sure that the air is forced thru the radiator all gaps around it should be closed off in some way. Once the air goes thru the radiator it needs some way to get out of the engine bay. Louvered hood or side vents help alot. A shroud for the fan so that the air can be pulled thru the whole core.
  20. You want a kit or turnkey?
  21. Honda s2000 240hp. Honda 6 speed.
  22. Hey Scott glad you joined the group. LS engines very exciting option.
  23. I will take a few at 10 each.
  24. That's good power about the same as what Kevin got from Mojito I hopefully Mojito II will better that by 100 if all goes well.
  25. I use wilwood EXP 600.
