  1. You have way too much time on your hands!!!!
  2. I showed that pic to my 16 yr old son who knows nothing about cars or mechanics (and could care less) and he noticed the problem after about 5 seconds of looking at it. I can't believe it got all the way to the final poster without some one noticing it. Russ
  3. Just proves that advertising, art, and engineering don't always work together. Now a Se7en is the exception to that rule. Russ
  4. I hope you get a sun burn! Have fun. Russ
  5. I, too, remember it. Know the words by heart. It is a classic like me. Russ
  6. OUCH!!!! I bet they had to change underware after that. And front struts. Russ
  7. Holy crap! Remind me not to attend any events with you! Teehee. Sorry to hear about all your troubles. I know bad things happen in three's so you have two three's in a row. So you should be safe for a while. Russ
  8. Well I tried my Mirrors for Sevens mirror at the Se7ens gathering in Roaring River, Mo., last week, and it was GREAT!!!! I found myself not even using my two outside mirrors after a while. Very stable and it even worked when I put my top on. Very well made product. I recommend it highly. Just be sure your windscreen frame is 14mm or 9/16" thick. My extrusion was 5/8" thick and I had to mill it down for the clips to work. But no big deal. Russ
  9. I'm sorry, but that is just not right. Why didn't I think of that!!!!! Russ
  10. bsimon you have an email. Russ
  11. Ok Ok OK, enough already. I just ordered one. It's only money. I hope it will be here in time for the Roaring River Gathering so I can show it off. Russ
  12. A group of us are getting together at Roaring River State Park, Mo on June 28-30. So far 11-14 cars. See Mike's posts on LocostUSA. Russ
  13. Wow is all I can say. Could it be a Rally car? I've seen a couple of C-90's, which are similar, here in KC. Great looking car but not like that one. Russ
  14. There was one with carb's on the UK site yesterday, Russ

Looks stealthy. Maybe it will evade police radar traps .
  16. Man, another missed event. This is the third one I've wanted to go to and could not. I have got to get down there one of these years. Looks like too much fun, Russ

  18. I have been wondering what a "pikey" and a "chav" were so I asked a guy in Scotland what they were. Here you go. Russ A pikey is indeed a gypsy but not necessarilly any gypsy but the kind that cause trouble and leave a mess behind them. A chav is actually a young teenager type hoodie who hangs around in trouble making groups. It also applies to the young car moddifing groups who spend a lot of money making a very slow car into something loud witha bodykit and large bore exhaust etc etc. It is actually an acronym C.H.A.V. and originally was a derogatory comment for people from large housing estates/flat blocks who hung around together and caused trouble. Council house adolescent vermin (C.H.A.V.)
  19. The bottom would look good on an all black 7 with gold accent and gold pin stripes on the car. Kind of a Johnny Player Special look. Or go all black with no accents at all. Russ
  20. I got ya all beat. 1300cc xflow with an incredible 58 HP!!!! Jack M. is the only one that has better HP/smiles
  21. Man, that is one nice ride! Makes my xflow look sick. Welcome, Russ
  22. Wow!! That's all I can say. Russ
  23. Man that is great news, Skip. I know how you feel not being able to drive the toy. Don't push it but plan your trips so you don't have to get out very much. It's good to have you in the drivers seat again. Russ
  24. I still ride trials to this day. At the Midwest Se7ens Gathering last August we had trials bikes jumping over me and two other "volunteers". Been riding trials since 1974. Damn, that's a long time. Russ
  25. Look at Burton Power out of the UK. Russ
