I'll be 56 in May. I've been a slave to English cars and bikes for almost all my life.
I always just pinned it on my Grandfather, he had a Singer when I was young.
Just wish he were around to drive the S1... He would never give it back....
Thanks Jeff,
Spent most of last week installing my new belts, before I installed I spent
time reviewing just what you have posted. It's a waste of time and money
if the belts are not installed incorrectly. Thanks of your post, reinforced that
I did the install correct....
See you at NJMP this summer..... Steve
Hi Lucky,
Your mixing up the facts about Superformance. They build all their cars up to
roller state in South Africa, Less drivetrain which a dealer or customer can install.
With Caterham, as you know, one can buy in true kit form....
Glad to help. As a piperfitter welder myself, Proud member of Steamfitters Local 420 here
in Philadelphia. We have a 100 year old saying " measure twice, cut once". Your header sound like the same as mine.
Good luck.....
Tom,
I have to guess that you have a Zetec in your S1. My engine mount is 1.30 as is yours. Now I have a Caterham header on mine but I had the stock down pipe that was fitted to the Superformance made header . Both were no were near hitting the frame
support as yours does. Strange !!! Sent a few photo's for you to examine.
Hope this helps, Steve
If anyone can push the Caterham around better than the other guys that drove for them, it may be Kobayashi.
I thought he did very well in the Sauber. And I have read he is very good at set-up and
understands how the car works. Unlike some of the other guys on the Grid.
I just read this on Comcast Headline news page.
From what I have seen, a head shot from a bullet makes a mess.
I would just fry him ......
But that's just me....... Have a great day....
