  2. toedrag, I'm sure MB7 won't mind my posting this. You ask about the tranny; here is a link to a few shots I took of the car prior to completion. One if the photos shows the Tremec. From what I got from Scott Mineheart (MB7 can confirm) ALL parts used in this build are new: http://www471.pair.com/stalkerv/gallery2/main.php?g2_itemId=24553

  5. Not yet. NJMP in July will be the maiden voyage. However, the Lightning course runs CW and only has two left-handers, but we'll see. I went back and reviewed my other videos from the March 22 event at MSR Cresson (1.7ccw course). It's worth mentioning that on one of the videos, the low oil pressure light illuminated briefly in a 'left-hand' turn. :ack: That was a first.
  6. The Improved Racing pan (LS1 style w/ baffle) is good up to around 1.2G with 6 qts (1/2 qt extra) in the engine. Ask me how I know this.
  7. Nice car! have you given thought to renting a storage unit?

  9. MB7, The car looks fantastic! Is that a new cowl design for the windshield? When you get a chance, I'd like to see (via photos, of course) how Scott mounted the front/rear wings.

    Horn relay

    Pretty much any five-pin relay. You'll use pins 30, 85, 86 and 87.
  23. Never owned either, but I have cruised up and down the beaches of San Luis Pass (Galveston, TX) in a Geo Tracker while rocking to Janis Joplin. And that was with my late father-in-law; his Tracker and his Joplin cassette.
