I had to listen to my EX brother in law go on and on and on... about his poor kids having to go to these awful backward WV schools. Then they moved back to Cincinatti and guess what the poor kids were 6 mo ahead of the Cincy classes.
I'm frugal/cheep I would take the $1000 but would offer $500 first. I would be sure that I could get a title since the owner is deceased. If al else fails for title there is always the storage lien which works in most states.

I definatly want the mirror even if it needs to be taller it dosn't look like that would be be too tough to do. PM me a phone # and we can sort out the details.

I was in Saudi just after the first skirmish. The above would be refered to as BMOs. I believe the locals thought I was a realy tall Matauh, religious police were the only ones who wore a full beard.
You would be surprised what a good technician can pull with a frame machine. I would check that before building a new car. Alternately check with the vendor to see if they would supply a rear clip from the bulkhead back.

I would think the Bag system would be one fo the first things to remove or disable before tracking a car. The bags going off at the wrong time would not be a good thing.
Put-put is intended to be much more street friendly with probably a Targa style top and possibly A/C, with the top and doors driving in FL will get realy toasty. A good start would be one from a Jeep YJ.

Tlhe first one Put-put will have clamshells, Rotus fenders thanks to Mazda. The second, Shagnasty, will have cycle mounted to the chassis in the style of the Lotus Type Three-7.

I have considered covering the ends with angle and probably will as a part of fitting removeable tire pockets. One definate advantage is it is nearly indestructable, and no water puddles to slip on. One advantage of the trailer is ease of loading since it is low and no obstructions. I had a 16' trailer that had a rotted wood deck when I got it which I replaced with a lighter ga catwalk grate, other than carying the materials I have no proof as to weight differential but after carying the water soaked wood I believe the resualtan trailer would have been lighter.

This is my little flat bed trailer constructed from a boat trailer and galvinized catwalk, one primary feature is that it was only $350. The overall trailer is HEAVY, but very useful. To tow the 7 I will be adding removeable tire buckets front and rear to lengthen the trailer currently 10x6.5. The nice thing about the decking is that the entire deck is a tie down point and generaly is not slippery when wet. I believe the catwalk is available in aluminum. As the 7 frame is being constructed tie down points will be welded to the chassis front and rear.
You would have to check but I believe a 1x1 tube structure welded into the tunnel structure is sufficent for most organizations, again check. I am more concerned with a flywheel or clutch explosion. I had one in a 55 chev that had a rather high redline, it bent and broke an Ansen cast steel (pick up with both hands) scattershield and broke the back of the block free from the block. Without the scattershield at best my brother who was driving the car would have at best lost both legs. Think about where the bellhousing is on most 7s.

Welcome. There are many roads to a 7. I'm frugal/cheap and am building one from scratch, with caution this can be done for little $. I have a bad habit of breaking small engines so am using a V8. The first car is being built from pieces of a Mustang @ and Lincoln MK VII with a budget of about $500, it helps that I have most parts on the shelf.
