McMaster-Carr is damn FAST! I placed an order via their website at 11:49 am yesterday .. and the package was waiting for me at the back door last night at dinner time! I see that they have a warehouse on Peachtree Industrial Road here in Atlanta! Wow!

The old folks pranks reminded me of this: Setting: My wife and (then 10yo) daughter in the parked car listening to a CD. Me: Outside with my new hydraulic jack .. having placed it under the passenger side of the car where my daughter was sitting. Pump. pump pump .. to make the car jerk upwards .. Priceless: The surprised look on my daughter's face: Her eyes were as big as saucers! .. like what is happening???!! My wife was only slightly amused!

Saturday May 15th starting at 9:00 am. On the campus of Berry College will be the 27th annual British Motorcar Day. The largest British car show in the Southeast .. usually attracts 500 cars. Tech day today .. in North Atlanta ..

Had a great time .. lot's of cool cars .. mine was the only Seven .. which got lot's of attention .. Evox (Andrew) Locost did not make it as it is having growing pains with a new engine in bay but he was there with Wrek Racing's modified Miata. I got a ticket for making an illegal left turn from under the TECH tower onto North Avenue .. (ugh!)
