Shane,
Tom had to send me a direct email about your accident as I haven't been in the site for a while. So sorry to learn about it, but glad to see you are already active on line. BTW: Robin is something special. I hope you are good about paybacks ;-)
I have had enough injuries with surgeries to understand where what you are going through. Rest. Rest. Rest. Until you are given the OK to move anything by your surgeon. Then comes the seeming endless PT. Don't over do it and follow their directions to a T. All the while, I imagine you will go over the incident in your mind a few hundred times diagnosing the cause and thinking about the proper corrective measures. You will likely have it all planned out by the time you are fully recovered.
I hope that all does not take to long and we can all get together again.
Best wishes. Our spirits are with you and your family.
Michael D

Try cutting some of the clams away. I also have wide track with no lift at any speed including top end over 125.
I got it as well. Then deleted it. Thanks for the heads up and thanks to Mazda for working on this. What a PIA.
On a positive note my 7 started right up after sleeping for 97 days. What a great day for a ride. Almost perfect.
Time to start planning out my track and autocross days.
No shoppin, no turkey just sunshine, warm air, clear water, good music, cold beer, beautiful sunsets and family down in the keys.
Wishing you all a wonderful Holiday Season.
Buy a 1 or 1 1/2" "rubber" chair leg or crutch cap at Ace hardware. Use it to plug in the tailshaft as soon as the drive shaft pulls out. This will keep most of the gear oil in the trans as it is pulled out of the car with the engine..
It's not enough that your tires are aligned and look alike. To be really fast... mount Panasonics because they sound fast at all speeds.
***Panasonics are another Vermont exclusive.
I like the idea of having an opening to get to the speedo linkage. Without one connecting and disconnecting the speedo can be a real PIA. Especially when you are on your back.
I have two T-9s and the fill plug on the side of both of them is a 10 mm allen.
I use a 10 mm allen wrench cut down to 5/8" and a open wrench to remove it.

I agree. You can even rent Big Ornge by the lap while you drive Yellow.
Yes it was perfect day for a ride in my Seven in DC as well. Had to take the afternoon off to change the oil then go for a ride in the country. Cars and Coffee in Great Falls, VAat 7AM tomorrow.
