if u have the tyres already, consider junkyard finds for the 14" for the toyota fitment perhaps the corolla, camry and celica had something appealing. otherwise u may need to contact a manufacturer. the ae86 crowd shold have plenty of info.
15" wheels normally bring another inch off ground clearance with the typical miata size tyres.
I'm curious to see how operative it is in larger snowfalls. It should a no-brainer for teh elderly though. And children. An RC car that ur neighbors will love!
late notice, but I will attend. And such fine weather to boot!

So, 9:30AM in Huntington. travel ~60-90minutes.
Epilogue:
if u have a steering column with the igntion lock u must take off teh nut underneath the steering wheel, slide off teh hub from the splines, and then the column can then slide easily out thru the BOTTOM of the scuttle.
Doh!
I absolutely doubt that a Ebrahimi family vacation would not get planned that weekend if Arya nabbed Franken7. Despite the proximity to Carlisle Weekend. I would at least expect Mazda and his 'vette to be a short distance behind him:Chevy_anim:
Arya - The route would be expected to be in the region I-78 -> I-80. Steve is coming from your direction, so u have a caravan partner.
Mike - do u still have family obligation that weekend?
I think 3 would be too few. I fear the day would turn into a bad gimmick rally with everyone driving around looking for a missed turn off. BUT the 7 is having a pair of 12v sockets put in so my GPS won't die at last moment it is neccessary! A 7 or 8 car group should be fine. an possible setup nice photo oppurtunities.
I see no reason to exclude Atwell's troops unless u would like this to be more...uhhh...intimate. I would understand staggering the departure times for groups of cars so the drive does not turn into a low speed caravan.
my assumption as well. I'm not sure if the quick connect harness was rebuilt back in NC, but exterior of the front o2 sensor was pretty rusted and seized in place. Hopefully it will run beautifully for the improving weather when i get it back this week.
Had to take the 7 into work a couple of weeks ago. with the probable failing o2 sensor, i was setting alarms off left, right, front, and back when driving down side streets.
why not go to 15" wheels. all of you hubs are miata sourced, correct. I figure that the D Prepared (13"?)and Spec Miata people should have great sources for wheels.
the only part remaining on the rear passenger fender was from the lightblock down... i was working 1 station further down than from where it happened so I watched it occur as the cone went up in the air and then fender followed.:cuss:
Car was dropped off at the shop yesterday. They do alot of Porsche work plus other cars and they have worked on se7ens. they have a person they use who suppossedly did high end work. As long as its able to keep covered up for my trips to DC, Upstate, and Gettysburg i'm satisfied for this year. I can go fancy next year.
They will also fab up a cone bar for the non exhaust side and a side exit pipe to protect the other side. The front rivnuts popped this past weekend at the test'n'tune. The will figure out the quick release column and check the O2 sensors to see whats up with therough idle/stalling/low power.
A6s and V710s are still DOT legal but aren't run on the street. For tyres that wear better than those its the R888/NT01 and A048. Then its to the full street tyre w. 140+ wear ratings.
