  1. need to be in Berlin 3-3:30. any place for eats is good. wheels are by Speedline via STi. they were probably for sale from '95-99. pdf link the ones labeled Elecktra C. The were on the Series McRae edition. I have had a sister set for the last 4+ years in silver that came off the Prodrive recce car from the '96 WRC Safari Rally. these will go on my original impreza.
  2. I'm heading down to southeast NJ, camden area, to pick up some wheels Sunday. if anyone is interested in meeting up for lunch/ early dinner in the extended Philly metro area , i'm game.
  3. iirc most poeple in the UK that can, opt for a private medical care. i beleive thats what a former co-worker of mine told me he learned when i last saw him. he joined up with a bunch of other co-workers to contract with national grid (utility).
  4. hookers n blow
  5. welcome, and thanks for telling us where that material ended up. had u been on here sooner u would have saved some $$.
  6. they don't have any with green accents. i think i would have to get one with orange. it would better camoflage me before i strike at cones!:jonautox:
  7. EVERY postseason game this year has been great. probably the best postseason in the last 20 years.
  8. i didn't put any money down but i gotta do some shopping anyway. get ready for plenty of stupid Oreo Eating commercials from the Manning boys.
  9. :seeya:
  10. this incident was feasted on in the subaru community, where the introduction of the WRX in 2001 and STi in 2003 at such a price point put too many in the hands of people who were not ready to handle them. Oh the stories! :_deadhorse: now tossing an M3/5/6 into juniors hands, with 4 other friends in tow, stacks the deck in darwin's favor.
  11. i'd be more than satisified with the Ozark region our. I'm sure Tony V has all his notes from the LOGs he organized, but it would be unfair to the west coasters, and I would consider it pretty selfish to ask for it to be that close. I'm sure eventually it could swing closer to the Atlantic again, buts its not right in a national meet. especially in a fledgeling organization. Like I stated in one of my earlier posts, I think Pat Lipsinic can muster some good events host NeOK region. with both AutoX and track site CLOSE by, most needs will be met. Besides, i'd get a kick out of seeing Anne Vogel and her miata basically crush the entire club on an autoX:ack: and the plains in Modified alley. I would not be surprised to see members from D/E mod yahoo list make a weekend excursion. I expect most of us to hold onto a se7en for many years, so I'm sure tehre will be many different sites that we will get a chance to sample at our national meets as the years march on.
  12. nothing. all my information and insight comes from being an owner. very few se7en owner remotely close, and therefore all the advice i give of getting hands on, tactile sense of these cars is for naught with regard to me.
  13. the 2nd switch is sounding like a good idea. but can the SCCA legal switch (alternator and battery) be installed in line with the battery switch. the dual function switch can kill everything when teh circuit is closed, but the simple switch is used for security purposes to open the circuit and is descretely placed? more switches with handle/keys that can be lost. like if u travelled 600 miles and went to an autoX in the dead of summer under murderous sun... RPW battery disconnect http://www.racerpartswholesale.com/product/1908/Battery_Disconnects caterham kit https://www.caterhamparts.co.uk/product_info.php?cPath=104&products_id=362
  14. i think i see a LED 3rd brakelight on the roll bar.
  15. uhhh, thats Russ. mazda would have video to further the 'insult':_deadhorse: I was out in the 7 yesterday. a rare saturday off, and i still ended up going into to talk to people I don't want to speak with:banghead: killed the battery because i think i left the lights on for hours. got jumped. As i'm bringing tools backinto the lab, the director(picture the Emperor from star wars) walks in, I say hello and told him it was awesome that he brought his family in to see where he now works. As they go one way, i scatter in the other direction telling another co-worker whats about to walk in. Cue coworker with feet up playing solitaire! As i finally get out of there, i make sure to fish tail the 7 thru first, second, and third outside the building!
  16. Ken Block puts his money where his mouth(or arse) is.:7head:
  17. i was being diplomatic. if he met me in person i would zip tie his wrists to the roll bat and cane him singapore style till he admitted caterham's superior style. someone send that Ali so i can new Cosworth and 6 speed!
  18. can't go wrong with ur situation. Please contact them and any other se7en owner close to to get first hand expirience to make a more knowledgeable choice about your abilities, desires, and manufacturers. I favor getting nearly everything u want immediately and not skimping. all the little amenities do make the car more pleasurable on a blat. all the performance goodies make it more pleasurable when flogging it like a ________________! :7fume:
  19. stop posting that! i'm not making a budget for 13"s unless i try to clean up with the Giants in 2 weeks
  20. those look to be Mike Barnby r500 wheels. the Rial wheels look close to them.
  21. watch recieved. well worth the agata! if teh officers want i can see what Bo Asciu can do. he did the "Retire That Cone" t-shirt. edit: NWS on his site. http://www.badillustrations.com http://www.badillustrations.com/images/retiredcone_shirt_lrg.jpg
  22. someone elsewhere pointed out exactly that. since the Beeb runs commercial free, it did not have to worry about honkiong off sponsors.
  23. i'm all for BBQ. it would be cool leaving a USA7s.org seared into a nice steak in the summer.
  24. didn't know this was gonna start over here. shame on Tom G. Must be using "the Porker" too much right now.:hurray: thanks to the philly scca guys. i've just been playing the free demo of Live for Speed. http://phillyscca.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=3651 i got the g25 wheel but the demo is having issue with the pedals. rFactor responds fine but i hate rFactor's vehicle dynamics. of course by the time it runs correctly the seasons will have restarted!
