  1. with cycle fenders i got hit with a tree branch that was about an inch and half in diameter. from teh passenger side.:ack: the 13" tyres are an inch shorter in overall diameter than 15" tyres.
  2. LOL, now its like rubbing salt in a wound.
  3. he's on full slicks, i think 25A's. http://www.phillyscca.com/solo2/index.html its philly region, really the premier region on the east coast . on pax Tom is way outgunned there.
  4. if u can't go further inboard, can teh pedals be shifted further outward? move teh clutch pedal mm off the outter panel, then slide the brake pedal in that direction.
  5. u should love it Morgan, the reviews i heard of a certain Orange/cf 7 tearing up VIR north early last week were that it was phenomenal. if it had slicks it would have been ticks away from track records instead of in the grass. i keed i keed:boxing:

    Joke

A husband and wife are shopping when the man picks up a case of beer and sticks in into the shopping cart. 'What do you think you're doing?' asks the wife.' They're on sale, only $10.00 for 24 cans', he says. 'Put them back. We can't afford it,' says the wife and they carry on shopping... A few aisles later the woman picks up a $20.00 jar of face cream and sticks it into the cart. 'What do you think you're doing?' asks the man. 'It's my face cream. It makes me look beautiful,' she says. The man replies... 'SO DOES 24 CANS OF BEER AND IT'S HALF THE PRICE'
  7. back on topic. i'll 90% sure be in Moterrey for historics in August. Sans 7 unfortunately.
  8. as long as we're not going back to another dry county for an extended period of time. my liver hasn't forgiven me from the shock.
  9. non issue if the tyres fit. will make tyre maintenance easier as rotating them is easier than taking hem to be flipped. optimally u know what size works for the front and the rear, but mazdais right, u can fine tune the behavior. so is cheap and so iz dem tyres!
  10. u need an Atom. I don't think a se7en will cut it for u.
  11. nooooo, the cost would have been 30-32k. i'll ring tom tomorrow if i can. working this weekend almost sucks. almost. i will pass the word along to a local with a never to be finished LoCost who i did not expect to have serious intentions regarding Al's car. But if SOMEONE passes on this when it really fits the deficiencies in his previous 7.... pau/Dino: has the weathergear been fabbed yet?
  12. mine's an SV. as soon as i can handle 100 whp, i'll then figure out if i can handle 300whp:7head:
  13. yeah, that bimmer did seem to get confused on whether it wanted to actually particpate on a gravel rally stage. did u really run with the GPS in the car?

  17. $4.10ish for 87 today i paid 4.25 last weekend for 93 for the 7 (race gas:crazy: for low compression and a knock sensor) i honestly expect $6 before labor day. i was all set to send my aging subaru out for drivetrain swap before oil broke $110/barrel. now i'm waiting till late summer and skipping the new wide bodykit. fender roller for me!

reminds me to upload the rest of the drive with Orange. one of my cats just love to plop himself down in front screen. i usually hit him with the keyboard.
  20. 1200+ miles to Branson. another 150 to Tulsa. definitely a stop at the Dragon for a day or 2. minor league baseball in Springdale, Ar (just north of Fayetteville); Tulsa, Ok; and Springfield, Mo. 1 vote for AutoX half a vote for track day.
  21. just like goldfish, keep telling urself, "its going to a better place."
  22. u will header wrap that part of the steering as well?
  23. that 6-35mm has to be the disc width, not the diameter. i was contemplating getting the front 4 piston upgrade.
  24. ur now associating with other people with cars w/o doors. prognosis is not favorable:7frog: :ack:
