  1. just saw that on Letteran tonight. Very Very Good.
  2. absolutely apolgetic if someone watched this drek. makes me remember why i hate people....:banghead:
  3. pretty snazzy
  4. don't worry. I make interesting on a regular basis. :ack:
  5. per Perry A. on his forums. "Mr. Mike "Junior" Johnson will be making his TV debut on the show, Set Up on Speed TV @ 8:00 pm. this Thursday. The show will be on every week for eight weeks with various repeats on different days and different times in between." JJ one of the regular Evolution School instructors, 2007 ProSolo national Champ, 2007 ASP National champ, etc... i have no clue what SetUp is. i just expect him to get bleeped and edited when behind the wheel.
  6. lets start the fun early. run your mouth and your motor time! Tom's scared of being beat by a green and yellow 7 on street tyres. this year i won't have to resort to stealing the timing equipment! :jonautox:
  7. the filter for a zetec is too long (part numbers for contour/fukkus). using a mid 90s Toyota camry 6 cylinder look up gets u the correct threads and height to work in a Caterham.
  8. congrats. tom says ur gonna have to come out to an AutoX or we'll trailor Yellow to ur place and rev its engines till all ur neighbors pissed. we'd use my car but no one even knows when its WOT.
  9. Kumho v710 for track and autoX. 195 to 225 widths. avoid standing or accumulating water. tirerack. hankook z214. 205 and 225 width. frisby racing tyre. the r888 is available in the same sizes. street tyres will probably only have the rt615 still around in 14".
  10. i don't like to hurt old men skip, but you're asking for it:) 225 45 15 are supposed to be coming this quarter and i've heard rumors of a 235 as well. the standard sompound will serve as daily driverable on a se7en. but if there's another compound...
  11. the v710 now has a new compound. probably will be edging closer to the a6. i used the bridgestone re-01r the last half of last year. excellent high performance tyre. the Yoko AD07 s in that catagory. Toyo has the R1R in the usa now, but lookes more like a rain tyre(looks like a gravel tyre to me). the RT615 has been going to an r comp the Yoko AO48 has proven itself w/ the UK crowd. the final sizes of teh R888 will be in the market in a few months. will be using those and see what compounds can be brought into the USA. high performance tyres in sizes smaller than 16"s are getting pretty rare.
  12. talk about deforestation! i remember seeing the commerial units like that 10-15 years ago. Huge monsters. I'm surprised, though i shouldn't be of seeing it move into a much smaller scale/ "consumer" version.
  13. http://image30.webshots.com/466/0/96/4/2544096040099946657uzResi_fs.jpg rear window is a very loose term there. as are most se7en descriptions.
  14. Tom- i can't find ur phone number at the moment. here's my cell : 516.312.4494 call me later. i'll be leaving in about 20 minutes. it will probably be for coffee after i pick up the wheels.
  15. need to be in Berlin 3-3:30. any place for eats is good. wheels are by Speedline via STi. they were probably for sale from '95-99. pdf link the ones labeled Elecktra C. The were on the Series McRae edition. I have had a sister set for the last 4+ years in silver that came off the Prodrive recce car from the '96 WRC Safari Rally. these will go on my original impreza.
  16. I'm heading down to southeast NJ, camden area, to pick up some wheels Sunday. if anyone is interested in meeting up for lunch/ early dinner in the extended Philly metro area , i'm game.
  17. iirc most poeple in the UK that can, opt for a private medical care. i beleive thats what a former co-worker of mine told me he learned when i last saw him. he joined up with a bunch of other co-workers to contract with national grid (utility).
  18. hookers n blow
  19. welcome, and thanks for telling us where that material ended up. had u been on here sooner u would have saved some $$.
  20. they don't have any with green accents. i think i would have to get one with orange. it would better camoflage me before i strike at cones!:jonautox:
  21. EVERY postseason game this year has been great. probably the best postseason in the last 20 years.
  22. i didn't put any money down but i gotta do some shopping anyway. get ready for plenty of stupid Oreo Eating commercials from the Manning boys.
  23. :seeya:
  24. this incident was feasted on in the subaru community, where the introduction of the WRX in 2001 and STi in 2003 at such a price point put too many in the hands of people who were not ready to handle them. Oh the stories! :_deadhorse: now tossing an M3/5/6 into juniors hands, with 4 other friends in tow, stacks the deck in darwin's favor.
  25. i'd be more than satisified with the Ozark region our. I'm sure Tony V has all his notes from the LOGs he organized, but it would be unfair to the west coasters, and I would consider it pretty selfish to ask for it to be that close. I'm sure eventually it could swing closer to the Atlantic again, buts its not right in a national meet. especially in a fledgeling organization. Like I stated in one of my earlier posts, I think Pat Lipsinic can muster some good events host NeOK region. with both AutoX and track site CLOSE by, most needs will be met. Besides, i'd get a kick out of seeing Anne Vogel and her miata basically crush the entire club on an autoX:ack: and the plains in Modified alley. I would not be surprised to see members from D/E mod yahoo list make a weekend excursion. I expect most of us to hold onto a se7en for many years, so I'm sure tehre will be many different sites that we will get a chance to sample at our national meets as the years march on.
