mike, what is the diamter of the FIA roll bars? edit wrong info removed. he went for more capacity iirc and now has next to no storage space, maybe a 3 iron and a pack of bubble gum will fit. u may consider something along the lines that Tony V had made up. pics of his are on the LOONY site. after having my fuel pump fail this August stranding me for most of the night, it would be nice to have a double tank with 2 switched fuel pumps.

As Tom said I have a one of (actually 2) softbitforsevens hoods with the EZ in feature. definitely simpler too get in than my factory hood. if gj can't locate his, contact Dick Brink in texas or try softbits.

IE crashed at worked so I lost the first write up. should some of my runs up by then of the week. My first event with them. the lot, search for Tobay Beach Park, NY. i am playing with google maps to get a sketch of the course done. Weather was clear and low forties leaving the house and by lunch time it had broken into teh low 50s. clouds crept in for the afternoon runs. The ran differently, and differently may be responisble for getiing 10, yes TEN runs on a 50-60 second course. non marque makes were separated by displacement (X1 3.5L, no FI or tyre penalties), then to run the heats they seperated ALL cars by number, odd/even, then low/high numbers would get all their runs in before the rest of the batch would grid. FTD was a track prepped 914. second fastest was battle between of past codrivers of mine( SM2 FM Miata swap vs mkII MR2 jdm BEAMS swap) clocking in teh 52s. I was able to get a 55.5. several runs had me spinning. I was able to save a huge slide in a nice tunnel of 8 cones on each side which was a 180 turn from a long straightaway which nearly everyone was the 2nd gear rev limiter. to be continued

ur never lonely as long as i'm in driving distance! someone either enjoys the rawness of a se7en or not. nearly every other convertible is more luxurious and more aerodynamic. Some owners are collectors, and their cars' odometeres may as well go in reverse. Others just enjoy the car way too much. The se7en is so much fun that once u put it in its element, u want to do it more and more. Today i took Snake Bit into work on a week day AM for the first time tody. I usually work afternoon/nights so i avoid traffic. A coworker said she saw me zipping in on her way in. She said she knew of no other car like that and had never seen any others. I didn't have the heart to tell that for the next 40-50 years of her life she will never see another one probably. What can u find out in a se7en? maybe something about urself. how much self inflicted abuse u can take. that sunscreen is good for 3 seasons, at least. that u can pack far more efficiently that u ever imagined. that u can talk with other se7en owners about the smallest parts on a car for extended periods of time and never be bored. That every road is worth be driven on.

Me likes. I think powerwise u'll like it as is and its an excellent upgrade path thru FM. as for the exhaust. i prefer mine with the rear exit. may not be as purty as the side exits, but i'd only consider that if it exited on the passenger side. I like the gauges and interior. maybe u want to consider some brass thrim for the switches/buttons on the right and a shift knob that matches the steering wheel. the only thing i would be really antsy to change is the drivers seat. while urs do look very traditional, i would want more support for the uses i puit the car to. ymmv on all counts.

that way a BBQ would be on the way home:cheers: tom, the run on the right side of the screen looked like u were more on the throttle on the straighter sections. it did look like the run on the left was able to make it back up thru the harder turns. what were the times for both runs? -

Mazda - http://holunfie.blogspot.com/ Dan and a bunch of other STU EVO/STi drivers can put down some really awesome times locally. as fun as our se7ens. I dunno. they drool at my car and i drool at their skills. perhaps theres the answer. Martin - u prove that he se7en is not just for fun behind the wheel! Tom - they are considering trying to put on a snowX sometime, but there is never a guarentee of any actual snow here. i'd definitely be taking teh wagon out for that, even with me wary of the current clutch. Shagging cones was not a issue saturday. i guess i was sort of prepared after seeing the pics and video from Wet Warminster Day! I ahd my rain coat and change of shoes plus a hat. i just wished i had brought a change of socks. I made sure i had my bright yellow rain jacket because i didn't need to get run over. -

I beleive this is the softest setting. -
