c u in the am. oil change and tyre rotation completed today. got a scare thinking i had burned off all the brake pads and then realized my caliper have a waky pad shape.
i'll call in the AM when I get to 78.
i would recomemnd the cr500 and r888 fro my reading of the recomendations on blat chat like stan said. both handle double duty very well. though i don't beleive the r888 are dot compliant...
definitely need to test fit. some heltes will have the Snell sticker inside the helment under the padding stating the actual designation.
the thread in National says they need SA helmets, but the ETR SCCA guidelines ask for SA/M passing helmets. some clarification would be a great for those who haven't purchased yet.
anyways, i'll bring down the 30th aniversary set to TotD. 40th aniversary set should be out soon.
edit: and if anyone is looking for an toyota st165 >bother of a friend

Al, unless I have a significant other coming down with me, i should have an open seat. if this cat isn't a tool and a half, he could go shotgun, film, and spell me a bit. Boxologist2007-04-03 21:21:21
not a problem heading in ur direction. had it out in the poconos on gravel roads late last summer at my cousin's place, so i had the 7 on plenty of long distance drives. I have starting to look at garages here in NY to work on my 7, but want to make a run out to your choice and see their work.
i hope to do a Bear Mtn to the Hawks Nest run sometime this spring.
I also think it would be incredbily cool for an NYC drive. take broadway all the down Manhatten.
sunday April 15th or 29th good for anyone?Boxologist2007-04-02 10:11:49
any local members want a schedule a small local meet in the region?
LEO has a long island drive schedule for 5/5, anyone interested in a meet sometime/soemwhere else? http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/party.gifhttp://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/grouphug.gif
ur lucky, NY region has been slow as (^#(# getting the usual site setup. the poughkeepsie chapter is already scheduled for the year, and NASA/M-Club has already had 2 events at giants stadium!
this is probably leading to a series of club/marque events that will be more throughly discussed at 7-7-07, i hope? Are people (west and east coast) considering moving towards organized alternating annual meets http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/smile5.gif
Al, i beleive more carriers would be neccessary than simply two pending the success of what i think u are up to. its a big country http://www.usa7s.com/aspnetforum/images/emoticons/smile5.gif hopefully the membership will increase from all makes making it feasable.

that westfield tool is fun. select a color and then use the mouse's scroll wheel and its blast. its like looking at an open bag of Skittles or Jelly Bellys and then taking a hit.
