mrwierdwrench
So i just purchased https://usa7s.net/ips/profile/4009-stang70fastback/ 7, and I'm looking to have it shipped from Chicago to Denver, any suggestions for a shipping company that you have used? Thanks!
San Augustine
I have had two motorcycles shipped to me through Uship. Far better experience than using brokers.
Croc
I always use Intercity Lines now after a number of negative experiences with other shippers. Not going to be the cheapest but definitely trouble free. https://intercitylines.com/

Thanks! I used Iship to move a Caterham last June. NY pickup and Iowa delivery in two days. Awesome service.
FE07
I used Bears transport to send an Elan from Austin TX to Baltimore. They are brokers but had excellent reviews on Rennlist. They were easy to deal with and since the car did not start, I did not want a large trailer that the car might need to be moved on and off a bunch of times. They found a 3 car trailer for me and fulfilled everything I asked them to do. You can try them at (847) 810-7641. Ask for Liz. Jim

All three are business owned, with employees who take their job seriously, and are not brokers in disguise. Do not use Uship, unless you want emails and phone calls for months after your car has already been shipped and arrived at your location. Spammers and scammers galore with that site. Vovchandr
I only had one experience with anybody so it's hard to compare but I also used Intercity and was very happy with them. Besides good service they were some of the only companies willing to entertain bringing extra things that came with the car separate for a charge and it was far cheaper than shipping directly. Extra motor, tranny, super charger etc.
slowdude
Uship was a bit of a PITA for me. Not as much customer service / updates as I'd like. Reliable, horseless carriage which are owned by the employees vs a broker are a significantly better value.
MV8
I've used uship also, but it was many years ago and for a utility vehicle. It was essentially a message board with escrow. I'm sure the experience would vary greatly.
mrwierdwrench
Thanks to all that replied! Intercity was the most expensive, Reliable had loong lead time, and mistakenly trying Shipply resulted in a ton of useless quotes. Josh at Rocky Mt. Caterham coordinated shipping using his shipper, who moves a lot of 7's, everything went very smoothly! Thanks Josh!!

bball7754
I used Transport to ship my Seven from RMSCI in Denver to St. Louis 20 years ago (!!!). At the time the were based in St. Louis, I believe. Looking at their website, they were purchased by FedEx in 2010, bad subsequently went back to being privately owned. They are based in Lebanon MO. I had a great experience with them. richardjbondy
Josh shipped mine from Golden, Colorado to Traverse City, Michigan last September. He wanted to use RAM Transportation based out of Phoenix. They arrived as scheduled with a beautiful truck and trailer. The driver was in continuous communication enroute, courteous, and new 7s. I am glad I went with Josh’s recommendation! mrwierdwrench
Yes, Josh used Ram to transport my car. The only hiccup was that they arrived at my house 4 hours ahead of schedule, and I wasn't available. Luckily, they were able to drop my car at Josh's shop!
