  1. Very sorry to hear that. My condolences to his family. RIP Mike....
  2. You might check with John D. at SimpleSevens to see if he knows of someone that's well regarded in the Seven community: [/url]http://www.simplesevens.org/ You could also check out GMTRacing in Newtown Ct. They're more of a race shop, but I have been on a tour of their facility and saw some pretty impressive work. http://www.gmtracing.com/GMT_Racing/Home.html Here's a thread on my GMT shop tour from last year: http://usa7s.com/vb/showthread.php?t=3225&highlight=racing At the time I was considering purchasing a Series 2 and would have had GMT do the frame work and maybe the body panels. Good luck in getting it fixed.
  3. Jason - It's hard to tell from the small photo, but is there any way you could space out the lower mount to give enough clearance to be able to use the Geo alternator with the lugs at 6 and 12 o'clock? I don't know if I've ever seen one of the really small alternators with lugs at 1 and 4.
  4. Stephen - I sent you a copy, let me know if it doesn't work.
  5. Welcome Bob! I'm from Ct so I can't really help you, but there are some Seven owners from your area that are on this forum that should be able to help you out.
  6. Stephen - See if this works: http://f1.grp.yahoofs.com/v1/QD5ETALzOplRcrYy1hASnotEoI3U9byiV5rp-KB_tC1yxC0isvsHqtmaCOMAoIyr90GNgHyhaiFshTgMoffUGVFz8DvM06Kx9uWH/birkinwiring.pdf
  7. Skip - Maybe that's how it shows when the reserve is not met??

  9. From the LOONY ad he was asking $29,950. You might try contacting Tony V, he has contact info on the LOONY site, or send a message to the Ebay seller to see if he's willing to make a deal.
  10. Skip, I don't have Brooklands on my car, but I'd like to try them at some point. Here's some photos that I have of other Sevens running Brooklands. Also check out Robert K's home made set-up, very nice!! http://usa7s.com/vb/showthread.php?t=1926&page=9

  18. Al - I like your choice of axle reinforcement. I always felt that Chris Beebe's method was the most professional looking of all that I've seen so far. And although I'm not a big fan of 4-wheel drum brakes (too many damn shoes to adjust!) if you can use Wobbly Web wheels then I'm all for it! And if you do decide to drive it back from Colorado that will truly be an adventure!!
  19. Dean - Not sure if it made it to one of the LOG's, but it was listed for sale here and on LotusTalk a couple years ago: http://www.usa7s.com/vb/showthread.php?t=2641&highlight=caterham&page=2
  20. Just make sure you search for the later Duratec-powered Focus models. It should be 2005 and later.
  21. I have a Birkin but it uses a 4 x 100 bolt pattern. Should be a good deal for somebody.
  22. Thanks to Mazda, Al, and all those who have done so much for the se7en community! The trip to TOTD was a blast!!
  23. Scott - Do you have any photos?
  24. Do you know what the bolt circle and offset is on the wheels?
  25. Congrats, looks really nice! Would love to see more detail photos if you get a chance.
