  1. Stephen, Any chance you could make one 5/8 size? I'll need one for my little Seven if it ever gets finished.
  2. Welcome aboard Ade, Very nice car. As above, more pictures please. I've lusted after the Tiger with the twin bike engines but couldn't find anyone importing them to the states. How about bringing your car to Canada this summer for the Grizzly Bear Blat? http://www.7cars.ca/grizzly-bear-blat.htm There are threads on the blat in the National Events section of this forum.
  3. Sorry, I stand corrected, I went back and re-read your description and found I was reading it wrong the first time.
  4. That's bassakwards from any brake master cylinder I have ever worked with.
  5. I think you may have your supply line and the output to the brakes backwards,
  6. Then this is what you need: http://www.youtube.com/watch_popup?v=tPg1ZMiC9pA
  7. Here's a handy tire size calculator/comparator compliments of Miata.net. At the bottom of the page is a field where you can enter multiple tire sizes and get a chart of how they stack up. http://www.miata.net/garage/tirecalc.html
  8. Its the wild donkeys you have to worry about on Bonaire. I really liked the Kumho 710 track tires I had a few years ago but long life was not their strong suit.
  9. These cars were designed and built in the Denver area by Bob Sutherlund. Although they look a little like a dune buggy they were a true sports car. http://atlanta.craigslist.org/eat/cto/3555209685.html
  10. Any chance one of these (or something else) could be added to the Vancouver end of the GBB? As long as I am making the long drive to get there I would like to spend some more time in the area.
  11. My camera doesn't have that high of resolution so I won't be submitting any pictures but I'm up for buying a Sevens calendar.
  12. A bit less if it is going in a Seven since you don't need to mount the A/C and P/S.
  13. Which month is the 13th month of 2013?
  14. Didn't Loren get clocked at about 176 mph in a winged Ultralite with supercharged S2000 engine during one of the one lap events? I seem to recall seeing a video of him doing that on a wet track.
  15. How do you suppose he gets the Seven out of the garage and down onto the deck and then from there to dry ground?
  16. Steve, Its looking great. Tell me more about those side curtains. What is the function of that metal bar going sort of diagonally across the window. How do you like the sound of the exhaust system? I would have had my top on but I need the Caterham Butt Extractor (Pat. Pending) to get out and I think it would ram me through the roof before getting me high enough to get out of the car.
  17. First blat of the year for me this morning. It was 25F when I left for the monthly C&C this morning, all the way up to a blistering 30F by the time I got home. The roads were dry and the sky was blue and all was right in the world. Pretty good turnout considering the temps this morning. A new Morgan 3 three wheeler and a new Mustang were the only others that showed up topless. There was a brand new Boxster S parked next to the previous model and the differences though small really made the car much better looking to me. I never really warmed up the the original car.
  18. http://jalopnik.com/5971251/someone-rallycrossed-a-caterham-se7en Except it is not a Caterham.
  19. Got this image in an email today from a LOCO member. No info but I'm guessing that it is a photoshop. Anyone know anything about it?
  20. This picture came in an email today. I think it fits in nicely with the rest of the pictures in the link. The caption reads: Beautiful Display Of The Balance Between Predators & Prey In Nature
  21. Great images. Thanks for sharing.
  22. For my 7 I resolve to build her a new engine. One with forged internals and slightly lower compression ratio so I can ramp up the boost for a few more ponies (say 50 - 75 more). A fresh set of R compound tires are also in the plan for summer. Who knows, I might even get my 5/8 scale Seven delivered in 2013 from the builder, its only a year late now.
  23. I'm long past camping. If someone wants me to camp out they better mention Winnebago and water bed in the same sentence.
  24. I think you are adding the weight to the wrong side of the car.
  25. Well, I'm planning on doing the Grizzly Bear Blat in August. Maybe you should give consideration to doing that as well.
