  1. you have it listed for 17,2, with no reserve? So who will give you more for it, ??
  2. not true, where I live in Newton, north of Wichita all the grain elevators are full of wheat, All edible and now its being stacked out side in large covered hills with air blowing all the time so it wont ferment. Its the corn that is used to make fuel . a lot of it, in the fields when its 6 foot tall that's all you see .from horizon to horizon. and its still the dustiest state I ever lived in . Cant wait to have enough to move back to Florida
  3. Yes , no other person living here would admit it
  4. about NY drivers, kansas must have the worst, at the DMV if they ask you if you tail gate and you say NO, they won't give you the license. They tail gate at every speed, I hate it, they pass on the right, go through red lights, pass on a road shoulder!!!. cross double yellow lines, the worst, To combat the fools , on my F250 the trucks sits high. in the back F350 rear springs. And a 250 lbs rear bumper I made from 3/8 plate steel . and I have a brake light kill switch. When I hit the switch and stand on the brake peddle they slam into my rear, nearly destroying their car. I don't care at all, and on the bottom of the bumper is a 2 ton pintel hook, for towing my 20 ft Trailer. That does the most damage, and they get the ticket, following to close . When I was out in my 7, I had a clown following to close , at a light , I got out walked up to his stupid Honda and told him , " do it any more and Ill knock you into next week, " He stayed far back after that
  5. I lived in Tarpon Springs for 20 years, , Drive route 60 across the state . no turns to Vero. Hope you have as much fun as I am . Im in Kansas now, a real shit hole . nothing here but dust and wheat
  6. There are more horror stories about buying cars on the internet than you can shake a stick at . I have seen it first hand when a coustmer brought a 65 GTO to my shop , it turns To to be a le mans , had a Chevy 327 , a complete bag of lies , but the add said "All sales final ,no returns no refunds " so my customer was SOL . THE MORAL OF THE STORY IS don't rush , kick some tirs , even have some one look at it for it's out of state
  7. Tim , my 7 s up for sale n the web site , it's a locost, but it's scary fast, fresh only has about 85 mils on it I built it my self and have been building cars since the 70s. Some where you can see the photos here NO SCAM ITS REAL , it's n the center of the USA , Wichita Ks area , half way to anywhere in country
  8. What exactly comes in a kit from the manufacturer? And why does it take so long for you to receive it ?
  9. How odd
  10. Interesting , I took mine out today it was about 50 , so It came out loud as hell , and down the street I went , got looks at every light , people waved , young women through them selves in front of the car .all in all it was a good day , it's going to be in the 50s here all next week so I'll take to the shop and back
  11. if you read the add real good, it aluminum clad wire, very cheap. probably only about 6 strands of wire, I have cut these apart in my shop, Chinese crap. we have 2/0 welding cable with 1350 strands of pure o2 free copper wires. this goes to a D-4 battery on wheels. Its just to use in the shop. My truck has a Anderosn 350 amp, socket in the grill from my battery, this plugs into the 20 ft welding cable with clamps so strong you need two hands to open them and attach to the dead battery ..... cheap will always outsell quality
  12. I used 2 engine work stands, this way I could roll it around and spin it. it was tied front to back with a 2x2 square tube . we put a lot of time and effort in them, right
  13. the 4 cylinders are narrow engines and the trans bell housing site in front of the bulkhead/ firewall, so the tunnel can be wider, more peddle room. in my storage building I have an old Rover/ Olds 215 all aluminum engine, I pulled it out of a 67 Rover and its still turning by hand. One day Ill put it in something. its only 315 lbs complete My machine shop can make a trans adapter plate to mate any new trans to it, I would rather go with the new automatics . It would be different
  14. when I build my 7 , I bought a clutch /brake peddle assembly complete from Speedway motors . It was cheap enough but had to modify it to death to make it work with the gas peddle its either gas, brake or clutch brake with my bike boots . The one im about to build for someone is going to have an automatic trans . much easier and more room for everything.
  15. What type and size is your engine ? If it's a V type of and size the toe box shrinks a lot .On mine it was the V-6 T_5 trans bell housing that made me widen trans tunnel , which in then shrinks the side of the toe box area .one more thing . This kid with a beat up old Camero was at a light with me and was gunning his engine and yelled , wanna run ?? , I just said ... Reconsider

  17. Yes the toe box is very small. wide shoe size is a problem for some
  18. its a big bag, like a black garbage bag, roll the car in and tie it off at the opening , call it what you want, it looks like a big garbage bag to me
  19. Yes it's a tight squeeze getting in one , I have been giving this a lot of thought .I'm about to start another 7, this time with a 4L60 GM Automatic trans , this will make a lot of room in the toe box area , then widen the chassis by 4 inches , that's not even noticable when looking at it head on , then stretch it about 6 inches , from all sides with a cad program it still has all the looks and size as the original. Just a tad , more. . keeping the 4.3 V6 and the automatic trans will be enough power the new owner will ever need or want . I had to make my seats , did the frame in aluminum, and added slides on the driver side , covered in heavy padded vynol in black they ,, WORK . And feel good , right now my 7 is in a bag for the winter in my shop
  20. welcome, you will be surprised how simple the 7 is to build. I did mine in a bout 500 hours working time. there's photos of what and how I did things . all I can say is plan the peddle box area real good, it doesn't have very much room if you have big feet.
  21. I have one for sale, its on here all the photos im selling fully registered
  22. There are people selling parts in the UK now ,I don't need to ...
  23. I never made any kits, never said I did, I sent motors and controllers to the UK, and that was all, they did all their own work
  24. 10 years? they can do it now, the car companies are banking on the stupidity of the buying public. AC motors Arnt that expensive to make, the controllers do have more software than they need, but its about bells and lights and extra crap that has no use in any car. but they built them that way to put the price so high no one can afford them. For about 17 years I was doing them out the door, vehicle supplied for 12,500$ complete. I did about 400 or so like that, then I moved up to the trucks we have done about 75 so far. mostly short-range delivery types. even trolly busses Now into the heavy class 5,6,7 types/ and Electric cars have been around long before the gas powered car, First one was built in Scottland in 1848 I think if my memory servs me right. and your right, a lot of BS goes on at a SEMA show . I went once about 5 years ago, I had more fun at the gaming tables
  25. the last 911 i did was under 22K$. and the car came with it, did 0-60- in 4 seconds. and everything was new, no junk parts. no Chinese crap . we are in production on class 4,5,6 trucks now, its not a "were about to do planning " stage, I have been doing this since 1974 , during the first oil embargo More than anyone in the western hemisphere Thats not bragging, it's a fact . Im an arrogant sonzabitch aint I ? LOLOL But at least I admit it /
