Was this the car you were leaving drool marks on the body in the workshop last Saturday? :D

Well the one we saw was a 206, with a dino v6 engine. But they are close. PB is a flat 12.

The one in the shop will do just fine in scaring the crap out of me... What Fun...

I forgot about the one we saw...... Getting Old...

A friend of mine is building a Jag XJ13 that is powered by lithium Ion batteries that are charged onboard by a Hydrogen fuel cell.

Unfortunately, instead of a nice throaty v12 it's totally silent. :svengo:

Pretty car though. http://www.z-type.net/home.html

A Porsche 904 or a 904-6.

I think 124 where made by Porsche in total with 18 of them having the six cylinder engine. Only real difference on the outside is the side vents for the engine compartment as the six's were larger for more cooling air than the four.

A true 904 or 904-6 will cost some where north of 750K I have been told if you can find one for sale.

Heck I would even consider one of the Beck 904's as it is the only way I could afford one even though the Beck has longer wheel base by 3 inches and wider by 2 inches than the originals.

A Beck 904 cost around 75K if very well prepared.

One of the sexiest cars ever produced in my belief.

Ferrari Daytona convertible in chrome yellow. I saw one that parked on the street in Seattle. Even thought I hear that they drive like trucks.

Kind of the opposite end of the spectrum of cars from a Seven but a classic.

1957 Corvette with the original Rochester mechanical fuel injection. I was still pre-teen when they came out and it was the first car I ever really wanted to just stop and (as noted previously) "leave drool marks all over". Were pretty fast for their time but didn't stop or turn well, but in America in 1957 that just wasn't a deal breaker. LOL.

Have always liked Corvettes and driven quite a few but just never owned one as they always seemed to lack something. These two latest generations of Vettes has pretty much kicked the "plastic pachyderm" nick name to the curb. I've driven my friends ZO6 at speed a few times and it goes, turns and stops right up there with the best. But would still rather have the '57.

I have a long list of cars that I spent nights dreaming about owning and driving. I sat here and thought to myself, what of these I would put down in this thread.

I've loved Deloreans for the forward thinking they had, and the unique design. I'd love to have a Koenigsegg for the outright power and the sound. The Weismann GT for the design and the precision of German engineering. The Spyker for the way it looks......and well from what I hear, that's about it.

I can come up with a list as long as my arm for dream cars I want to own and drive, but as I sit and think about this thread and what to write, all I can think about is my Beatrice.

I guess I'm lucky and new enough to Se7ens to be getting close to driving my ultimate dream car.

These are unambiguous race machines, but the aesthetics are stunning.

The thought of the viewing the worlds greatest endurance tracks rushing at you in the windscreen of one of these pea shooters gives me the quivers.
