  1. My bet is it was out of GAS.
  2. I would bet they will never get a permit to build or if they do they will never get it signed off. The muslims should take the offer by the farmer and they should move, that is my feelings and belief.
  3. When you go to straighten it out take a heat gun and warm it up so that it is almost soft but still stiff enough to keep it from slumping. Hope this helps save you emblem.
  4. Now that is funny.
  5. southwind25, Go to your local tire dealer and ask him what he has that has a 200 or lower tread wear rating as that is a soft DOT street tire that will give you good grip and yet be a good street tire for you on your 7. I have a set of tires on one of my cars that are a no name brand that are a knock off of the Pirelli Cinturato P7's and are made at the same plant but just do not say Pirelli on them and they work great and were half the price. I found this out by accident when I needed to purchase four new tires due to running over more roofing nails than one could imagine from a spilled box on the road and needed to save some dollars.

I like the two guys bailing out the one float / canoe....wounder how big a whole is in the bottom as those guys were not stopping even after the pickup unloaded. River must be deep and looks like it is moving fast.
  8. Hi slomove, Try putting a foam cover over the mic to see if that will help. My headset that I use when I fly has a foam cover over the boom mic and if it is off the racket is so bad no one can understand what your saying.
  9. I bet he had a hard time sitting down after his parents were finished talking to him about just slaming the car into park and bailing out like he did...:jester:... I know your not suspose to beat your kids but a faning of the tail feathers everyonce and a while as a kid sure seemed to work well on a lot of folks including me....... :smilielol5: ....
  10. Cool but 11K.....
  11. Hi KiwiBirkin, I was think about you yesterday and woundering if the tsunami affected the west coast of the north and south islands or if it just was a small wave as it was here in Ventura, CA. (about 2 ft high surge). Most people I do not think knew they were watching people die as the tsunami washed ashore live on the TV. I know at first I didn't as it seemed unreal and I do not think that much live footage had been aired to the world like that was and the video crews that were capturing the live footage sure did a good job of not zooming in so people could see people in the water and rubble. My prayers go out to all of those people and I am not all that religious.
  12. Ruadhd2, Take the Boxster S. You will find it to be a lot of fun and will make the wife happy as she will even like driving it. You should also look at the Cayman (the hard top version of the Boxster) as it is more refined and handles even better and has more HP.
  13. Mazda, Why not just buy this and finish it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Replica-Kit-Makes_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZalgoQ3dLVIQ26ituQ3dUCIQ26otnQ3d3Q26poQ3dLVIQ26psQ3d63Q26clkidQ3d7457263781516862550QQ_trksidZp3286Q2em7QQcategoryZ7251QQitemZ270714405925#ht_1692wt_1165
  14. Skip, That is so true and a good one.:smilielol5:
  15. Wish I could come to this. When I was a kid my mothers sister live over by Cedar Point Park just outside of Sandusky, their was not a lot of homes out that way in the 60's just the park at the end of the strand. They (my mothers sister and husband) had a cabin cruiser that they would take out when we visited and we go to South Bass Island to visit my mothers sisters husbands family who lived and worked in Put-in Bay. Neat old town with a lot of history as I remember but I did not know they had auto races as that was before I was interested in cars I guess. Should be an interesting event.
  16. Be FREE little Miata be free.....:jester:
  17. Hank, That is very cool but you would have to promises not to abscond with someone’s Miata so you could unload it and crush it with your new toy…..
  18. You and about every other warm blooded male..............:cooldude:
  19. Try Google's Picasa. It is free and easy to use and has some neat features. Here is a link to it. https://picasaweb.google.com
  20. But only when he can catch them when they are stopped. :jester: So Hank have you figured out how to load and unload your 7 into the back of your new toy yet? :cooldude:
  21. Hi Mazda, Well that all looks fixable. Make sure you check the shocks and steering rack as they might look ok but could have bent the shaft and overstressed the mounting points. You might want to invest in a dye penatrent kit to inspect the parts that you want to reuse if any. As for your rider at least he knows that a hit like that is survivable now and can be rebuilt. Again glad you’re OK.
  22. Now that is funny.....:jester: Figures a lawyer would get something for free.....:smilielol5:
  23. 20lbs is about normal when warm. 15lbs is about the min especially when very warm. 40lbs while accelerating seems low to me. I would check the gauge for acuracy first. I would also look at the oil you are using, maybe go to a different grade. If you have a low pressure cutoff switch you might want to wire in a light to the dash that will come on when the pressure drops below what the switch cuts out so you see it and can get it shut down before the engine is toasted. Hope this helps.
  24. Mazda, Lighter and faster always the way to go....should be interesting to follow the progression. So any sorness from the sudden stop.
  25. Quick everyone on the forum who has a Miata hide it as it looks like Hank is getting ready to run over some Miata's in his neck of the woods...:smilielol5:...but only if he can catch them while they are parked...... So where will you keep your new toy and how big are the ramps going to be to carry you 7 in the back of it?
