  3. Mazda is a long lost brother?
  4. lotta plans already for '09 that will consume vacation days(Rome + Glen track day, DC, USA7s09, Divisional, and the Hobart). and I love birmingham. actually, i love the ladies of birmingham.:flag: haven't been back since 02, but I would be a bad person to try to keep up with if i go. I may fly down and back anticipating how little rest i plan to get:hurray: :yesnod:
  5. how much faster would it have been running on r Comps instead of cr500s?
  6. a more street worthy Radical in my opinion.

  10. its a secret. like theft protection. you don't know where it will be.
  11. i'd cinsider it but i'm not ready to test the aero limits of DM rules. i figure an 8" wide razor blade would be best to slice the cones so that the base remains in the box and I can creat a faster line!
  12. with the pound takinga beating now i may stock up some goodies. in order: Quick release/hub. aeroscreen and mirrors. Rcomps in midseason. i figure A6s in 225 45 15 for a first timer. sorry Tom, no r25b or goodyears this time around. electrical kill switch
  13. while se7ens may be made north of teh border, there ain't no se7ens being made in detroit. or anything close to it yet. edit: every time i price out a new Caterham, i end up close to the 80-90k region because with my first 7 i've realised what i want. Everything. well, maybe the heater can be skipped.:yesnod:
  14. http://www.carmagazine.co.uk/News/Search-Results/Motor-show--events/Other-shows/Race-of-Champions-2008/ "Race of Champions 2008 By Ben Whitworth 11 November 2008 11:22 The KTM X-Bow has been signed up to star in the 2008 Race of Champions. The minimalist trackday special will be one of a number of cars in which competitors will lock horns at the annual motorsport extravaganza at Wembley Stadium on 13-14 December. The X-Bow open cockpit will, according to RoC organisers Fredrik Johnsson and ex-rally ace Michel Mouton, allow spectators at the adrenalin-fuelled two-day event to see the world’s greatest drivers from Formula 1, World Rallying, World Touring Cars and the Le Mans 24 Hours in full-blooded action. Reading like a Who’s Who from motorsport’s hall of fame, the line-up includes Michael Schumacher, Sebastian Vettel, Jenson Button, Andy Priaulx, Mark Webber, Troy Bayliss, Sébastien Loeb, Tom Kristensen, Mattias Ekstrom, Carl Edwards, Travis Pastrana and David Coulthard. ‘The KTM is really an ingenious car concept,’ said Coulthard, at the car’s RoC launch. ‘I think it looks absolutely stunning – I can hardly wait to get behind the wheel in December.’ For more details of drivers and ticket availability log on to www.raceofchampions.com"
  15. you just joined to post that?
  16. site was at a crawl for me as well. back up to speed now.
  17. in true Chapman fashion, i expect the Yellow would have been some leftover interior wallpaint that someone left at the curb to be discarded.
  18. ^^^^ best perspective so far. while i would love to say that the Feds have little impact in our lives, that simply is not true. The government runs by its mass, not its lead individual. my fears of this election were never so much as the canidates, as who would be let in thru the gates following him. I think we have installed ineptness this around instead of maliciousness. So my take for this election would be this http://i155.photobucket.com/albums/s286/spitfiredc7/nasioc/duhface.gif now that hundreds of millions of dollars have been wasted on a getting $400k/year job, we can all http://i243.photobucket.com/albums/ff200/heywhutsthat/OT/banana_squad.gifhttp://i243.photobucket.com/albums/ff200/heywhutsthat/OT/banana_squad.gif since its over!
  19. thats novel. i figured that man would have outgrown that stage in life about 15-20 years earlier.
  20. i had access to very wide velcro, so i cut a length of the loop side and attached that to the back of the plate and bent it around the lower part of the front of the nose cone and zip tied it to the bottom of the grill. eventually i got tired of the front plate in its entirety and took it off.
  21. let Mazda make u a LS3 powered version!
  22. i think i'd submit the Donk GT racecar(the yellow and blue one) for such an idea.
  23. yo, texas mile...did u make it there? i've seen the 248mph supra, does Mojito have some more stats to go with this years accomplishments?
