Thats to nice a car for track day in my opinion. I dont how much that car will bring bidding is slow on it. I would think th e reserve is at least 40k.

I know a few folks that have run down to 15lbs on the race track. You are going to have a hard time rolling it off the bead unless you get down to 5 psi or so.

I am selling my 7 gal Fuel Safe fuel cell. It is made for a lotus 7. It is brand new never had fuel in it. Orignal cost was 1200.00 selling for 750.00 or best offer. I will list it here first for a week then it is going on Ebay.

I agree with several others just 2 lbs to much air pressure in the front tires will cause understeer. It should be very easy to fix. It may need a little alignment change help with turn in. I suspect tires are the cause. To much air or old dried out rubber.

I find the hushpower has tone at idle and cruising up to 65 or 70. It will talk to you when you get on it. I still find it better than the other units I have tried. It is a little on the heavy side though.

That is one of the reason I like the Hushpower 2 muffler. It has cool shell technology which gets warm but doesnt get hot. With the ceramic coating it is much better than all the other mufflers I have used. A little extra shield on it would be even safer.

I have been dying to get an I Phone. My contract is up in Sept with Alltell I hope to take the plunge then. I hope that the issues with the first few models have been resolved. My only concern is how rugged it is. I can be a little hard on phones.

Be careful what you ask for. Texas is in a major draught. Lake Travis which supplies Austin with all its water is nearly dry. That same problem is happening all over the state.

Hank thats at my house. The go cart is my sons. Now I am going to have to put the second floor in my shop to store my small stuff so that I have room to put this stuff in there. The jacks and generator are going to be sold to recoup my investment. So I got all the brakes and shears and mill for free.

You always here of people getting those just unbelieveable deals and you always think to yourself man that never happens to me. Well it finally happened to me. No i didnt find a 66 split window 427 vette for 100 dollars, but it was a heck of deal none the less. The local US customs purchased new sheetmetal equipment and was wanting to get rid of all the old stuff they had. So they told the airport maintenance guys to haul it off. They hauled it to the junk pile that I scavage on a weekly basis, because they throw alot of good stuff away. Anyway after a few phone calls I struck a deal on the following all for under 1k bucks. 1 8' 16g sheet metal brake 1 52" 16g stomp shear 1 Chicago 16g box pan brake 1 Dayton Mill 1 10t floor jack (for the 7?) 1 pneumatic 6ton bumper jack 1 military generator with the light tower there were 2 sand blasting cabinets but they kept those. there was a 10x50 lathe that they also kept So now I have one of those to good to be true stories.

I am getting 30 more min of sleep now too.

I have the same issue with my 9 yo. So I have slowed down as well usually no more than 6 over. It does come in handy when you are driving thru small towns that have radar traps. There are alot of the smaller towns that have very quick reducing speed rates and have cops monitoring them all the time and will write tickets for as little as 3 mph over the limit. Since the judge is usually in on the racket there isnt much luck in fighting them.

I agree most likely rim leaking. Try over inflating the tire to the max PSI and see if it bubbles. You can also get them to apply bead wax to the bead just to make sure it isnt coming from there. Small cuts will show up if the tire is over inflated from its normal pressure.

The dust that you kicked up pedaling that machine would cause to much air pollution.

I think I will order me one. It could come in hand in a number situations.

I saw this item on 2 guys Garage today and thought it might intrest some us here. This is a tiltiing hitch that fits into your vehicle reciever. It will allow the trailer to tilt up to make loading low cars onto your trailer without having 10' long ramps. It can also be used to level out the trailer when loaded so that it pulls properly. I would look at the Falken RT615 it is cheap and available in alot of sizes and it is a very good tire for street driving as long as it is dry. It is crap when wet.

I used these screens on my first car when it was supercharged. I ran it for the first time at Run & Gun and only made it about 5 laps before I leaned out the engine and broke the spark plugs off that rapidly destroyed the aluminum cylinder walls on my engine. I am not sure I can trust these on a FI car. We built a two tank system for Kevins car that has really worked well. We used a high volume low pressure pump to feed a 1 gallon tank that is connected to the fuel injection pump. This works very good as long as the fuel filter for the low volume pump doesnt clog.
