Sorry, sold it 2 years ago when I moved down here, EPA wouldn't let me bring it in from Canada. Left all the paperwork with the buyer, who may still lurk here, he used to.....

Could be, or close. FWIW, Caterham told me they sold me the last cross-flow chassis back in 2002, but then again, they told me a few things that turned out to be ....optimistic lets say. LOL

If money isn't too big a deal, strongly consider downsizing the rim diameter. Much lighter unsprung weight, and the smaller tire might have a chance to warm up to a decent operating temperature. Unless you have stupidly high levels of power, a 16" tire is pointless.

Very typical for a 4-speed Kent. Your engine isnt happy down low anyway, its not a modern fuel-injected torque producer, and FormulaFord guys run them between 6000 and 7200.

are you looking for those black plastic Caterham pieces that bolt on with two bolts, and have a brass hinge pin pressed in to one half?

get some of this: https://www.pegasusautoracing.com/productselection.asp?Product=3620 run it from inside the nosecone, around the radiator, back to a hole in the bulkhead in front of your feet if you drive in the rain a lot, put a loop in it and a small drain hole at the low point in the loop

initial post says the thermostat opens when hot, so sadly sounds like the pump's sheared; no way to tell w/o pulling it off that I know of.

are those series 3 rear wings, or was the narow to wide transition not same as series 2 to 3?
