  1. The week; an oil cooler plumbed in with the Accusump, a driveshaft safety loop, and a little more wiring. :smash:
  2. Congrats, pickles. Beautiful car. And kudos to Bruce.
  3. Yeah...what Croc said. Keep the car already!!!! For heaven's sake man, think of your sanity! Life without a Storker is like life without [yep, insert that word right here]. :toetap05:
  4. Suave is shaving his tail feathers in protest and is preparing to fly backwards all the way to FL to convince you to not sell the Storker. :svengo:
  5. Congrats, yeti. And I really like the aero front bumper.
  6. Kurt, FWIW, I'm installing a Painless Performance 10102 wiring harness in my Stalker rebuild. Per the Painless manual, this is a list of applicable fuse sizes used in the harness Headlight Switch………………………………………………… 30 Emergency Flashers……………………………………………. 15 Turn Signals………………………………………………………. 15 Gauges……………………………………………………………… 10 Horn………………………………………………………………….. 20 Wipers………………………………………………………………. 15 Brake Switch……………………………………………………… 20 Electric Fan Relay………………………………………………… 5 Electric Fan .......………………………………………………… 30 (this is per Spal for my application) Electric Fuel Pump………………………………………………. 15 Backup/Cruise Control…………………………………………. 10
  7. Stripes look awesome, Mike!
  8. Looks great. That header is a work of art.
  9. Congrats, Rich. Welcome back to the crazy world of 7s. Nice looking car. Where did you get the headlights? X
  10. Gauges: harness building 2 . . . . :smash:
  11. Gauges: harness building 1 . . . . :smash:
  12. Update from Camp Super Chicken. For the past few days, Suave and I have been busy herding electrons. Suave has honed his electrical skills shortening/lengthening and routing wires, installing various gadgets and building harnesses for the the gauges and dash components. Rather than reuse the old wiring harness (which was never going to route the same way as it did on the old chassis), we elected to use a brand-spanking new Painless Performance harness (part #10102). Still much to do, but getting there...'nuff said.
  13. FWIW, a few of us on the forum (some Storker owners, in particular...and maybe others of different makes) are using the light weight Denso 55 amp alternator pirated from something such as a 1997 Geo Prism. Going forward, it may be an alternative; easy to source. And here is a good video link to a Denso install:

    Donuts anyone?

    I'm getting dizzy . . . . . :willy_nilly::willy_nilly::willy_nilly::puke:
  15. Jeff, if you get the car airborne, the engine will drop right out. :jester:
  16. Love it, Skip. That Stang don’t need no stinking butt sling. :flag:
  17. Bravo on the clams, Mike! Looks stunning! :hurray:
  18. Could have been a constant hot for something. I'd split the harness and trace the wire.
  19. Suave, all the 'wing' whittling is done. And I still have plenty of blue tape. :jester:
  20. Front wing revisit . . . :smash:
  21. Beautiful, well-sorted car, Bruce. Someone will get a fantastic ride.
  22. Yep, what he said. And that's really good coffee. :iagree:
  23. Graham, If you are tracking your car, I'd highly suggest using a convex mirror. Shane
  24. A few more bits and pieces . . . :smash: Yep, that's a big gaping hole in the lower front wing :ack:. The new header primaries are larger than the old ones and tend to shake hands with the wings in tight turns. So, chop chop. May rethink this later, but for now, the car needs to be able to steer. Right wing hole is bigger; engine in my car is offset the the right. The blue on the header/exhaust is Jet Hot Coating's Electric Blue.
