I wouldn't be seen in that! Partly because it is fully enclosed but mostly because I am very thrifty, bordering on cheap.

 

I think the future of a seven would be organic monocoque on skinny wheels with leaning suspension but still look like a seven.

It may not be pretty but it does fill a need.  Caterham is a one model company in a challenging market where it has limited attraction without a roof and some concession to more modern conveniences.   This one fails though. 

 

 

 

Their best attempt remains the Caterham 21
