Cueball1
I personally can't stand dealerships that do not publish prices. Never trust that the price I'm told is the same price given to the next guy.
Cueball1
That prototype mark vi is gorgeous. What a piece of history. Substantial money but for the rarity and history the estimated price range seems reasonable. Love the positive camber! 🤣

Hundred weight (cwt)imperial measure is equal to 8 stone /112 lbs. By comparison, an S3 twincam is about 1200 lbs and an S4 is 1300.

Chapman was removing frame materials to save weight and materials costs. They ran like stink with the smaller engines.

Out of curiosity, can someone say what the extra tank is for? There is already a surge tank and a oil catch can in use. This looks like a washer bottle but there isn't any use for a washer. Bruce K
No, @Rodnok- it does not - that "Morgan" is completely askew. The vehicle is rear engined and not front, air cooled and not water, low powered and not sporty, a less capable suspension than even the classic Morgan sliding pillar fronts and semi-elliptical rear leaves, cheap fiberglass and not steel, and mismatched details instead of the carefully curated and often handcrafted front grill, mirrors, handles, lifts and more on an authentic Morgan. You want to know why "only a few were ever built"? Guess! For ridiculous money, too, so somebody on a tight budget and willing to compromise nearly everything still can't afford it. In my book, a ride for the "kind-of-scenty" who have never ridden in or driven an authentic Morgan!

Allows the surge to run completely full instead of providing expansion space with an air pocket to compress.

You can see the vw beam front end peaking out of the front wheel well. This looks to be the same car: https://barnfinds.com/morgan-alternative-1980-tiger-convertible/ While it is possible to have the vw front end and still have a mustang 2 under the bonnet and a rear diff, it would be a very odd combo for someone capable and willing to do it. There are some decent examples where only the body was used: http://www.collectorcarads.com/Morgan-Tiger/57291 Like the "Morgan" name means something different, "Tiger" these days means something like a Westfield. I can begin to imagine the frustration. The Canada seven market is so tight it allows for these types of flips to work.
