I was considering this car but am now way too deep in my S4 restoration. The gentleman who owns it is hard of hearing and it is better to contact him through his wife. Her number is 612-889-0440.

Caution should be a concern with this one, as it has been for sale for well over 11 months. At such a great price, it would be a surprise as to why it has not sold far sooner. Face to face on this one is the only way to go.

I just talked to the sellers.  Cathy and Dean are real.  (Birkin?) just ran a hill climb.  Too many toys. Letting go.   Octogenarians needing help with getting pictures and info to the web.  I'm helping them get on here.

 I spoke to Cathy and Dean quite a bit back in August and was almost ready to buy. But Dean wanted to keep the car through September. Since then I have realized one Seven is enough for now. Hope someone close to Minneapolis picks this one up.

Thanks, I had reached out last November and my interaction was not as smooth as yours. My friend in the northeast ended up with an older Series 1 bought out of the local newspaper no less.
